Introduction
Calsie M. Boyd was born and raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Seton Hill University in 2013. At Seton Hill University, Calsie studied Pre-Law/Political Science, was Captain of the Women’s Track and Field Team, and earned All-American honors in the High Jump. In 2018, she was inducted into Seton Hill University’s Athletic Hall of Fame. After graduating, she moved down to Texas to escape the frigid Pennsylvania winters and attend law school at South Texas College of Law.
Calsie is currently licensed to practice in Texas and Florida. During her career, Calsie has worked on a wide variety of civil matters, including commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, and property damage claims. Immediately prior to joining Sutliff & Stout, Calsie represented insured homeowners and condominium associations against their insurance companies whose properties sustained severe damage from Hurricane Ian.
Given Calsie’s passion for sports and competing, her favorite part of being an attorney is fighting for her clients and providing the best legal representation possible.
In her free time, Calsie enjoys staying active and quiet weekends in the suburbs with her husband, Matt, and daughter, Emery.
