Houston, TX (3/3/2020) – A driver was killed after colliding into a stopped vehicle in west Harris County Monday.
The male driver was headed south bound in a Nissan Altima when he collided at high speeds into a stopped Infiniti SUV at a red light.
The driver of the Altima was killed.
The driver of the SUV was hospitalized for his injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
According to personal injury law, the driver of the Altima could be found at-fault for the accident even though he is deceased. Because the driver of the Infiniti was injured, that driver has a right to file a personal injury claim against the Altima driver’s insurance company.
