Waco, TX (5/14/2020) – A Chilton ISD senior was killed after a fatal single-vehicle wreck Wednesday morning.
The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. when a GMC Sierra pickup truck went off the roadway and struck a utility pole at Robinson and Primrose Drive.
Passenger Emilio Rueda was killed after he was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver, who has yet to be identified, was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
