Fort Worth, TX (9/17/2021) – A boy was fatally killed in a single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 20.
The accident happened when a Ford F-150 headed westbound on the highway lost control and crashed into a concrete pillar supporting a bridge.
Henry Small, 9, was taken to Cook Children’s Hospital, where he later died.
Additional details remain unknown.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
