Car Crash Left One Dead, Two Injured in Irving

Irving, TX (11/19/2019) – One person is now dead and two are injured after a car wreck on SH 183 in Irving, Texas.

The incident happened when a vehicle lost control while going west on State Highway 183 and then hit another vehicle, according to Irving Police Department. The first vehicle then crashed into a concrete divider.

The passenger in the first car was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the first vehicle sustained minor injuries.

The individuals in the second vehicle also suffered non-serious injuries.

State Highway 183 was shut down but has since then reopened. 

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
