Houston, TX (5/31/2022) A construction worker in east Houston was killed on the job site Tuesday after becoming stuck inside a piece of machinery, per the Houston Fire Department.

The incident happened at roughly 11 a.m. in the 12700 block of East Freeway and Halsey Street.

According to Officials, the construction workers used a trenching machine to drill an estimated 20-feet deep into the earth. This is when the worker fell into the machine.
