Odessa, Texas (Aug. 7, 2022) – Elyza Villezcas-Navarrete was pronounced dead after local police in Odessa responded to reports of a multiple vehicle crash near West University and Vega.

Villezcas-Navarrete was in the passenger seat of a truck involved in the accident. The truck Villezcas-Navarrete was in overturned and struck another vehicle after a separate truck ran a stop sign.
