Boy Injured at Playground near HISD School

Houston, TX (12/5/2019) – A 13-year-old boy was injured at a playground after being pushed down by another student without warning.

According to sources, Ethan fell and hit his head. He then went numb.

He was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance where he suffered a concussion. According to his mother, he suffered an injury to his back from a car accident and the shove by the student aggravated the injury even more.

The school has yet to offer assistance for the incident, says Ethan’s mother.

Investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.

According to Ethan’s mother, she doesn’t yet know the extent of the medical bills, and the headaches are getting worse for Ethan. Evidence such as medical bills, even ongoing medical bills, are vital to a case such as the one above. Because of the student’s actions resulted in Godinez being hospitalized with ongoing headaches, the Godinez family has a right to file a personal injury claim against the student’s family’s insurance company so as to be justly compensated.
