Fiery Crash Left Two People Injured on I-20

Smith County, TX (12/5/2019) – A fiery crash on Interstate 20 left two people injured Wednesday morning in Smith County.

The incident happened when a vehicle headed eastbound crossed into the westbound lanes, rolled over, and erupted in flames.

The driver and passenger in the vehicle were transported to a nearby hospital with non-serious injuries.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
