Irving, TX (6/4/2021) – A Good Samaritan was fatally killed early Friday morning while attempting to help a woman.
The accident happened on the westbound lanes of Texas 183 around 7 a.m. when a minor crash occurred. A family member or friend witnessed the crash, parked their vehicle on the eastbound side of the highway and ran across the highway to reach the crash.
The Good Samaritan was hit by another vehicle as she was crossing the highway.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
