San Antonio, TX (2/1/2021) – A man is now dead after being run over by an 18-wheeler.

The incident occurred Monday morning around 9 a.m. on Highway 90 just east of Highway 211. A man was trying to fill up a tire on a piece of construction equipment when the big rig moved and crushed the man underneath its tires.

The man was found run over.

Investigators believe the man attempted to move out of its path but he fell and the truck ran him over.

According to deputies, he was not the driver of the big rig.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
