Ennis, TX (6/6/2021) – A man was killed and two people were injured in a crash on Sunday.
The accident happened on U.S. Highway 287 around 11:30 a.m. A Cadillac ATS was headed northbound on the highway and tried to cross the lanes at a crossover. He failed to yield to the northbound traffic and was hit by a Chevrolet Silverado.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two people from the Silverado were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
