Nathan Harper Killed after Crash with a Septic Truck

Hockley, TX (3/2/2020) – A man is now dead after being involved in a wreck with a septic truck Friday morning.

The accident happened around FM 2920 at Hunters Creek Way before 8:30 a.m. According to investigators, a school bus was attempting to make a right turn when a septic truck clipped the bus, lost control, and veered into traffic. The septic truck collided into a Toyota.

The driver of the Toyota, identified as Nathan Harper, was killed at the scene.

The occupants in the school bus are expected to be okay.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.

An investigation of this accident will prove essential due to the fact that a septic truck wrongfully killed Harper. The driver of the septic truck that caused the accident, and the trucking company, may be liable for any damages brought forth upon the woman.

The elements of liability, damages, and the ability to pay are critical in determining the value of a case or claim. Without all three elements, a case has little to no value given the nature of our legal system.
