Texas Pedestrian Accident Lawyers

Auto-pedestrian accidents are a common fatality on Texas roads. There are many ways someone may be negligent in auto-pedestrians accidents, including distracted driving, failing to yield the right-of-way, and disobeying traffic laws. In most cases, it is clear that the driver usually remains at fault in auto-pedestrian accidents due to the factors listed prior.

For the case above, since a pedestrian was walking to his car in a parking lot, the driver may remain at-fault due to his negligence to yield for the pedestrian. Because of this, the surviving family of the pedestrian may be entitled to a wrongful death claim.
