As of April 23rd the Kerrville plane crash victims have been identified.
Marc Tellepsen, 45, was the owner of the landscape architect firm Tellepsen Landscaping.
Mark Damien Scioneaux, 58, worked in architecture and planning for Tellepsen Landscaping.
Jeffrey C. Weiss, 65, was a senior vice president for investments at Raymond James and co-owned the Beechcraft BE58.
Scott Reagan Miller, 55, an architect.
Stuart Roben Kensinger, 55, and his wife Angela Webb Kensinger, 54, had ties to St. John’s School.

Kerrville, TX (April 22, 2019) – The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is investigating a fatal plane crash reported Monday morning near Kerrville, Texas.
Monday morning a flight carrying six passengers from West Houston Airport was traveling to Kerrville Municipal Airport. According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), around 9:00 a.m., a twin-engine Beechcraft BE58 crashed in a rugged area six miles northwest of the airport.
It is unknown what caused the plane to crash and all six passengers died at the scene. No names have been released at this time.
This is the second fatal small-plane crash in the past two days in the Texas Hill Country.
On Sunday afternoon, a single-engine aircraft crashed near Shirley Williams Airport in Kingsland, Texas, about 50 miles northwest of Austin.
Authorities report two men died in the plane crash and no names have been released.
The FAA and the NTSB will be in charge of both investigations.
