Wrongful Death Attorney in Texas

For the situation above, the occupants in the Chevrolet have a right to file a wrongful death and personal injury claim with Lara’s insurance company. Although the reason is unknown, Lara may have driven with negligence and that caused the fatalities in the accident.

It is important to have an experienced lawyer handling the case who understands wrongful death and the objective term of negligence. An attorney can deal with insurance adjusters for you, negotiate settlements, and represent your best interests if a lawsuit is needed.
