Three People Left Dead after Fiery Crash in Spring

Spring, TX (5/11/2020) – Three people were killed Sunday morning after a Chevrolet Silverado ran into a light pole.

The accident happened off I-45 and Cypresswood when a Silverado was headed southbound and drifted across the roadway, slammed into a concrete light pole, and then burst into flames on the median.

Drivers attempted to save the Silverado occupants but couldn’t reach them due to the fire.

Three people were killed at the scene.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.

According to the American Burn Association, burn victims make up over 700,000 trips to the hospital emergency rooms each year and of those visits over 45,000 of those individuals require hospitalization.
