Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Lawyers

The Cabrieles family may be entitled to a wrongful death claim against the actions of the 24-year-old man. This family may be able to be compensated for damages of medical expenses, pain and suffering, and loss of companionships.

In addition, those injured are also entitled to a personal injury claim against the 24-year-old’s insurance company. However, insurance companies are only looking out for their best interests.

The best way to make sure you are treated fairly after your car accident is to hire a lawyer who knows the law and who is willing to fight to make sure that you are treated fairly.  Don’t settle for just any lawyer.  Hire a lawyer who has the experience and resources necessary to take on an insurance company.
