San Antonio, TX (2/27/2020) – A woman is now dead after getting hit by a pickup truck following a breakfast taco morning run in San Antonio.
The accident happened around 6 a.m. Wednesday on Nacogdoches Road south of Wurzbach Parkway.
Police found 65-year-old Oralia Castillo lying in the road and realized there was an incident between a pickup truck and the woman. She was trying to cross the street at the time of the crash.
The driver cooperated with officials at the scene.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
