San Antonio, TX (11/27/2020) – A woman and a toddler were killed in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Friday night in San Antonio.

The accident occurred on the Southeast Side in the 3700 block of E. Southcross. A silver SUV was headed eastbound in the westbound lanes when it crashed into a gray Sedan carrying a woman and a toddler. 

The toddler, a 3-year-old boy, was killed as a result of his injuries sustained in the crash. 

The driver of the SUV, a woman in her mid-30s, was also killed at the scene. 

The driver of the Sedan was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
