San Antonio, TX (June 17, 2019) – A fatal wreck led to one death, three seriously injured, and four arrests in San Antonio.
The car accident happened Monday around 3:00 a.m. at the intersection of Commercial Avenue and Southwest Military Drive.
A 2008 Pontiac G6 carrying four people stopped a light at the intersection when a 2008 GMC truck traveling at a high rate of speed rear-ended the stopped vehicle.
Dillon Trevino, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The three other people in the vehicle were transported to University Hospital in critical condition.
Police officers arrested the four people in the pickup truck.
Officers will continue to investigate and review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in ten days.
