Moss Hill, Texas (June 16, 2022) – At around 4:20 p.m. on June 16, three vehicles, including an 18-wheeler, were involved in an accident that left one person dead. According to the office of the Texas Department of Public Safety, the deceased individual was identified as a  Liberty County woman. Officials say she was killed upon impact in the crash.

According to officials on the scene, the accident involved two personal vehicles and a Walmart 18-wheeler. One of the drivers of the personal vehicles was airlifted to a Houston-are hospital following the accident, while the driver of the 18-wheeler was transported to Dayton Regional Medical Center.

Local police are still investigating the cause of the accident and who exactly was at fault.
