Two People Killed in Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash

Amarillo, TX (1/21/2021) – Two people were killed Thursday evening after a car crash occurred.

The accident happened around 9:32 p.m. at Northeast 24th and Roosevelt. A driver, 22, and their passenger, 16, lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a dump truck that was parked in a driveway.

The driver and the passenger both died at the scene. 

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
