Pedestrian Accident Lawyers, Sutliff & Stout
Auto-pedestrian accidents are a common fatality on Texas roads. There are many ways someone may be negligent in auto-pedestrians accidents, including distracted driving, failing to yield the right-of-way, and disobeying traffic laws. In most cases, it is clear that the driver usually remains at fault in auto-pedestrian accidents due to the factors listed prior.
For the case above, it remains to be seen as to why the woman was struck by the Silverado. What remains to be seen, however, is the heartbreaking manner in which she died. Because of her horrific wrongful death, the family of the woman is entitled to file a wrongful death suit against the truck driver.
