7 Killed in Comal County Car Crash, 1 Survivor in Critical Condition

Comal County, Texas (Jan. 24, 2023) – 7 people were killed following a major SUV and pick-up truck accident near New Braunfels.

The only survivor of the crash was a young passenger in the SUV. They are currently in the hospital and are said to be in critical condition. Killed

 in the SUV were at least two other children and the driver of the SUV.

Officials believe the crash occurred when the pick-up truck veered into the SUV’s traffic lane while traveling on a two-lane road in Comal County. The truck struck the SUV head-on. 

Both individuals in the truck were killed in the collision.
