Houston, TX (6/11/2020) – A crash in Houston left a woman and a child dead Wednesday.
The accident happened on Lee Road when a Buick Park Avenue ran a red light. The vehicle was struck by a tractor-trailer driving on North Sam Houston Parkway East service road. The Buick then struck a truck and another car parked in front of a gas station.
Two passengers, a 25-year-old woman and a 3-year-old boy, were taken to the hospital where they were pronounced dead.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
