From an early age, in this close-knit West Texas town, he learned the value of hard work, determination and fighting for what is right. Graham and his now partner Hank, who became friends at age four, found an early interest in the law by playing in the halls of the Tom Green County Courthouse. hank-stout Hank Stout co-founded Sutliff & Stout, PLLC because he wanted to help real people with real problems. Raised in a small West Texas town, Hank was taught the value of hard work, determination, fairness and helping others. And his early interest in the law was inspired by his greatest role model, his father. As the son of an attorney and former State Court District Judge, Hank learned as a child that through the legal system you can help folks stand up for themselves and hold irresponsible people and companies accountable for their actions. Kelly M. Walne was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After graduating from The Kinkaid School as a Commended National Merit Scholar and four-year letterman, Kelly went on to double-major at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was Chairman of the Student Events Center Board. After graduating near the top of his class, Kelly went to work for a large Houston firm, where he joined the firm’s Technical Litigation Group. Read more…

Leigh Joseph

leigh-joseph A native Austinite, Leigh Joseph joined Sutliff & Stout in 2016. Despite the strong Longhorn blood in her family, Leigh studied math and computer science at Texas A&M, going on to graduate cum laude from South Texas College of Law as a member of Law Review, and to complete post law graduate study and licensing as a patent attorney. Leigh has varied experience, interests, and talents, ranging from private law practice to service in state government to teaching Sunday school, leading Weight Watchers groups and creating baked confections for special occasions. Randy-Stout Randy Stout has been serving San Angelo and the Concho Valley for over 40 years. He has a broad range of legal experience and is known for his aggressive pursuit of his clients’ legal rights. In addition to his experience in private practice, Randy previously served as the assistant district attorney for Galveston County, Texas and the District Judge for the 340th Judicial District Court of Tom Green County, Texas (1986-1989).
