Odessa, TX (1/31/2020) – A man is now dead Wednesday after a two-vehicle wreck late Tuesday morning.
The accident happened on Highway 191 in Odessa around 11:17 a.m. According to the investigation, two pickup trucks were both headed west on the highway. A Ford F-250 was riding behind a Dodge Ram when the F-250 failed to control speed and struck the rear of the Ram.
The driver of the Ram, identified as 89-year-old Audrey Wiggington, was killed at the scene.
The driver of the Ford F-250 was taken to the hospital with non-serious injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
