Jacksonville, TX (4/6/2020) -A man from Jacksonville, Texas is now dead after being involved in a motorcycle crash Thursday, April 2.
The accident happened around 3:45 p.m. on FM 347 when Bruce Craig Crockett, 57, lost control of his motorcycle after rounding a corner at an unsafe speed. He crossed over the center stripe and collided into Juan Lopez Ramirez, 66, who was headed southbound.
Crockett was killed at the scene.
Ramirez was not injured.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
