A major collision occurred Wednesday at 7:19 a.m. near the Houston Medical Center.
A red sedan and a purple SUV collided at the intersection of 288 South and Old Spanish Trail. One vehicle tumbled down the embankment of an elevated area of the road.
The driver of the SUV was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital for minor injuries. The driver of the red sedan appeared to be in good condition.
