Child Hospitalized after Wreck in Harris County

Harris County, TX (12/13/2020) – A child is now hospitalized after being involved in a crash Sunday morning in northwest Harris County. 

The accident happened on U.S. 290 near Mason Road in Cypress. As a result of the wreck, a 12-year-old boy was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated. 

The child remains in critical condition.

Two other people were also taken to the hospital. They remain in stable condition. 

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
