Monahans, TX (2/11/2020) – A major collision on Sunday morning left a man dead in Monahans, Texas.
The truck accident happened Sunday at 6:15 a.m. on State Highway 18 and State Loop 464. The driver of a Ford Taurus traveling north on State Highway 18. The 18-wheeler stopped at a stop sign on State Loop 464, but failed to yield the right of way and drove into the intersection, colliding into the Taurus.
The driver of the Taurus was identified as 25-year-old Dalton George from Kanosh, Utah. Mr. George was transported to Ward Memorial Hospital, but later passed away from his injuries.
No information was released about the truck driver.
Crash reports will be available in fourteen days.
