Cedar Park, TX (1/6/2020) – A motorcyclist is now dead after a fatal motorcycle accident occurred early Saturday evening in Cedar Park.
The accident occurred around 6:30 p.m. near the 6400 block of 183A toll road. According to police, a pickup truck struck a median in the roadway and sent debris into the road, causing the motorcycle to hit the debris and crash.
The motorcyclist, 45-year-old Dane Benjamin Hone, was taken to the hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. He died the next day.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
