Martin County, TX (1/12/2021) – A man is now dead after a fatal collision occurred near Midland.
The accident happened around 5:15 p.m. on State Highway 349. Harvey Loya was driving a semi-truck and was exiting when he failed to yield the right-of-way to a Nissan Altima driven by John R. Lunn. They both collided.
Lunn was pronounced dead on the scene.
Loya was not injured.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
