Andrews County, TX (5/10/2021) – A person was killed and another person was injured after a crash on Monday.
The accident happened on State Highway 115 around 11:28 a.m. when two 18-wheelers collided. One 18-wheeler was slowing down when a second 18-wheeler struck the first one.
A driver was killed as a result of the crash. He was identified as 42-year-old Hector Murua.
The other driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
