Driver Killed in Head-On Crash on Highway 6

Brazos County, TX (9/3/2021) – A driver was killed in a fatal head-on collision early Friday morning in Brazos County.

The accident happened on Highway 6 near FM 2154 when a pickup truck crossed the grassy median and hit a Cadillac SUV head-on. 

The driver of the SUV was killed at the scene. 

The driver of the truck was taken to St. Joseph Health Regional Hospital with serious injuries.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
