Elderly Angleton Couple Injured, Life-Flighted to Hospital

Angleton, TX (8/7/2021) – A man and woman were hospitalized after a three-car crash Saturday afternoon.

The accident happened around 1:12 p.m. near the FM 523 bridge over Highway 288. A grey truck crashed into the back of a Tahoe after the Tahoe crashed into a Ford Mustang. 

The occupants in the first crash did not suffer severe injuries, but an elderly couple was LifeFlighted to a Houston hospital. 

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
