Lubbock, TX (9/15/2020) – A wreck between a motorcycle and a vehicle left two dead in Lubbock.
The accident happened near 47th and Avenue Q around 10:13 p.m. Tuesday night. Both motorcycle riders were killed after their motorcycle and a vehicle collided.
Anthony Childers, 40, and Barbara Matthews, 31, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say the vehicle fled the scene.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
