Wrongful Death Lawyers
A head-on collision resulted in the deaths of four individuals. Nearly every car accident is caused by a driver making a negligent decision. A head-on collision is a car accident that occurs between two vehicles traveling in opposite directions. There’s a myriad of reasons why head-on car accidents occur but most involve:
- Distracted driving
- Speeding
- Poor weather conditions
- Unexpected road hazards
- Driving under the influence
- …and more
Whether a head-on collision is high-speed or low-impact, it can cause serious injuries that alter the course of a person’s life, and it can result in death. In the case above, three adults and a child were killed because of a head-on collision. Having your child suffer or killed in a car accident is something no parent should ever witness or experience. No child should ever have to suffer, especially if the accident that caused their injury or death was avoidable.
