Flower Mound, TX (1/14/2020) – A motorcyclist is dead after being struck by a vehicle Sunday evening in Flower Mound.
The accident occurred just before 7 p.m. on Long Prairie Road. According to police, a Yamaha motorcycle driven by 22-year-old Jonathon Lee was headed north on Long Prairie Road when a Jeep Liberty, driven by a 17-year-old female, turned south onto Long Prairie Road and struck the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was killed on impact.
The woman was treated and released at the scene.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
