Midland, TX (11/25/2019) – Joshua L. Warren, 25, was killed Monday, November 25, in a two-vehicle wreck involving a pickup truck.
The accident occurred on Interstate 20 and County Road 1310 in Midland County, according to DPS. Warren was driving a Chevrolet S-10 eastbound when an Arkansas man driving a Dodge Ram 3500 came up from behind and hit the Chevrolet after being stopped at an intersection.
Warren was transported to Midland Memorial Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The driver of the Dodge was reportedly not injured.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
According to Reporter-Telegram records, Warren is the 24th person to die in wrecks on roads in Midland County this year. While these fatalities may seem small in comparison to other cities, any death in a car accident is a major consequence.
