Kerrie Laverne Qualls Killed in Auto-Pedestrian Accident

Nacogdoches, TX (1/3/2020) – A woman is now dead after being hit by a car Tuesday evening in Nacogdoches.

The accident happened around 8:45 p.m. on Park Street when a Chrysler, driven by 32-year-old Jimmy Dewayne Watts, headed westbound collided into Kerrie Laverne Qualls, 44. Qualls was in the standing near the intersection of Crisp Road and Park Street.

Qualls was killed at the scene.
