Hit-and-Run Accident Lawyers, Sutliff & Stout
Auto-pedestrian accidents are a common fatality on Texas roads. There are many ways someone may be negligent in auto-pedestrian accidents, including distracted driving, failing to yield the right-of-way, and disobeying traffic laws. In most cases, it is clear that the driver usually remains at fault in auto-pedestrian accidents due to the factors listed prior.
For the case above, it remains to be seen as to why the Ford would strike someone then flee the scene. What remains, however, is the heartbreaking manner in which the SUV driver was killed. Because of the driver’s horrific wrongful death, the family of the man is entitled to file a wrongful death suit against the truck driver.
