Tyler, TX (5/1/2021) – A three-car collision left one person dead Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened around 5:40 p.m. on SSW Loop 323 at Hwy 155 S. A Jeep was headed westbound on Loop 323 when a Ford truck headed east crossed into the westbound lanes, struck a white vehicle, then crashed into the Jeep head-on.
An occupant in the Jeep, a passenger, was pronounced deceased as a result. He was identified as 61-year-old Charles Thomas Reese.
