Gainesville, TX (3/30/2021) – One person was killed in a highway collision in Gainesville Friday afternoon.
Adrian Gainus, 35, was headed north on I-35 when he lost control and struck a curb. He slid down the embankment and into a concrete barrier before being hit by an RV, causing the RV to burst into flames.
Gainus was pronounced dead at the scene.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
