New Braunfels, TX (4/8/2021) – A man was killed in a fatal auto-motorcycle accident that happened Thursday night.
The accident happened on State Highway 46 around 5:45 p.m. when a motorcycle ridden by a 38-year-old man crashed into a pickup truck. The force of that collision caused the man to veer into oncoming lanes of traffic, where he was struck by two additional cars.
The man, Russell Camp, was killed at the scene.
A driver of one of the vehicles, a 51-year-old woman, was taken to Christus-New Braunfels Hospital with minor injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
