Mabank, TX (11/13/2019) – Two men were killed and one person left injured on Monday north of Mabank, Texas.
The crash happened around 12:50 p.m. on FM 90 and County Road 4007 when a black Jeep Renegade traveling northbound on FM 90 lost control, traveled into southbound lanes and struck a Ford F-150 traveling southbound head-on, according to Texas Department of Public Safety Staff Sergeant Kyle Bradford.
The driver in the Jeep, 20-year-old Jeremy Lee Case, and passenger 18-year-old Everett Rains were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Ford was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
