Lubbock, TX (8/20/2021) – A crash left a motorcyclist killed Friday morning in Lubbock.
The accident happened on Highway 87 at FM 41 around 8 a.m. when a motorcycle and a pickup truck collided at an intersection.
The motorcyclist was killed at the scene. He was identified as 28-year-old Christopher Lee Lopez.
The driver of the pickup was not injured.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
