Motorcyclist Killed in Wreck in San Marcos

San Marcos, TX (7/14/2020) – A motorcyclist is dead after a two-vehicle wreck early Sunday evening.

The accident happened in San Marcos around 5 p.m. on Post Road. According to police, 23-year-old Kolin Walker was headed southbound on a 2004 Suzuki motorcycle when a Volvo pulled out from a parking lot. The two vehicles then collided.

Walker was pronounced dead at the scene.

The state of the occupants in the Volvo remain unknown.

Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
