Denison, TX (10/19/2020) – Six people were injured after a pickup with a camper crashed into a restaurant in Denison on Monday morning.
The accident happened around 11:30 a.m. when a pickup, with a camper, crashed into Nick’s Family Restaurant. The driver and five customers inside the establishment were injured. The driver of the pickup was pinned inside the truck for about 30 minutes before he was extricated.
Two of the victims were seriously injured.
Crash investigators will review all factors that may have led up to the accident and police reports will be made available in fourteen days.
As a result of the accident, five customers in the restaurant were left with injuries they now have to go to the hospital for.
